I'm having to chase them to get my elearning mater...

I'm having to chase them to get my elearning material added to my account, after completing the instructor-led course. The trainer was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed the sessions, however, the training room, writing material, and other facilities such as washrooms could be better. I would recommend this place provided they automate some of the process, rather than having to reach out to them everytime. Response times are poor, or sometimes there is no response which is bad.
