AWFUL - AWFUL and AWFUL! We were there for a comp...

AWFUL - AWFUL and AWFUL! We were there for a competition. Night before daughter was to dance - found bugs on sheets and our clothes. Looked like mites.....Moved to a new room - that didn't have a refrigerator - ours was filled with "pre-competition" food - so hotel staff just moved it to new room. Day later - heading to bed - daughter's cell phone charger blew up in a flame...FLAME - singed wall - and a custom made necklace from Ireland was burned. (it was on floor). Blew out electric. When we called - hotel staff came to tell us that WE had overloaded the electric in the room with the fridge.....Um - you brought it here! NEVER said we couldn't charge our phones while fridge was in! AWFUL! Told us we could only charge one phone at a time - while he unplugged tv - clocks and lights! At check out - we were told "not to worry" about the bugs - they were tree mites......(that makes it better????). STAY AWAY!
