There service department is shocking! I bought a Primus dryer through OPL Limited
From the outset the dryer is faulty, I spoke with Steve Donovan @ JLA straight away who told me I needed a transformer fitted to rectify the problem, 8 days later & 2 engineer visits I'm still no closer to the problem being fixed & no clue when or if it will be, but it's ok everyone is sorry!!
Please don't use this firm, they've clearly got to big & don't care!! (IMO)
