From the moment we got to the hotel the gentleman that greeted us I believe was Hungarian was extremely helpful and kindly.the receptionist Isabel I believe was Dutch was so kind & was extremely helpful too,as my husband cannot walk at all & in a electric scooter Isabel went hunting for a raised toilet seat,she couldn't do enough for us.all your staff in the resturant was all smiles & helpful.we have been telling our friends about our lovely experience your Hotel is smashing.Your Hotel is one that other hotels should aspire too. Oh & Paul could not be anymore helpful.Well Done Will Be Back Mr & Mrs Walker
