Believe the reviews folks. Do not rent from Kris Maas. I had to take her to small claims court to get my deposit back. It was the same scenario as many of the other reviews. "Check must be lost in the mail." Then when I finally get it she wrote the check to another name and tried to charge me for supposed "damages" that were actually routine maintenance. In the end, I didn't give up, took her to court and was awarded my deposit plus filing and service fees.
