I had the opportunity to contact the support department at Hostpoint today and ask for help on how to configure Joomla and FTP on my new website. I was helped by Boban Lapcevic who showed me how to proceed ... and succeed ... with the minimum of effort. Boban was very structured in his approach, very patient and technically very knowledgeable.
