Dealerships need to be held accountable for what is promised! Beware of this dealer and avoid them at all costs, they will do and say what ever they can to sell you a vehicle.

My sales person was Michael Burton, he was polite and that was about it. He promised that Suburban would install a complete Mopar trailer tow package on my new Jeep Cherokee. They have installed the receiver but will not install the wiring to complete the install. They even tried to tell me that it was OK to tow a trailer without trailer lights, witch is not true. Federal and State law states that a trailer must be equipped with functional lights, not sure how I can do this without trailer wiring. They have also told me that they have appropriate parts in stock, yet they still refuse to install the wiring. It is now almost three months later and I still do not have a complete trailer tow package installed.
