I've had no issue with my care at SMH, however, I have issues with their demands for payment, but yet sit on funds that should be refunded. They have been sitting on almost $500 of mine, and have yet to see a refund. I would not have known I had a credit without calling SMH, not good at all. Be diligent when looking at their bills. Billed for items I didn't use and didn't ask for.
