TERRIBLE! The mechanics didn't want to actually fix my battery issue and told me 3 different times after bringing it in and them 'fixing it' to "just drive it around and it'll charge". It was two weeks of that and multiple trips in. Not ONE time did the service advisor call me to give me an update, everytime i called they said "oh yea, its done', but they weren't proactive to call me. One service advisor used profanity at me because after two weeks of back and forth i wanted more updates and was frustrated (understandably), but for David Phelps to use profanity at a customer is 100% not okay in any capacity. I would rather pay any other place to fix my vehicle than go there for free warranty work. I would STRONGLY suggest to anyone that they drive out of their way to go to a different dealer. Every dealer is independently owned so they are all run differently and this particular one cares NOTHING about customer service or keeping a customer happy. Through TWO WEEKS of this (when the solution was a simple battery swap- 10 minutes) i was offered NO apologies and NOTHING as far as compensation, such as an oil change or anything to make up for having me come back. One sales manager (Matt Amarosa i believe) told me Chrysler told me that to 'fix' it id have to drive my vehicle 500 miles. Something ive never heard of in my lift, when speaking with another advisor they said they've never heard anything like that and chrysler never mentioned anything about 500 miles. It was something they told me to keep me out of the shop and to appease me as i drove around with a broken vehicle.
