I have been waiting a few months to see if LZD RV ...

I have been waiting a few months to see if LZD RV in Tampa would get back to me with a refund for our stay at their RV Campground. But, alas, no response. In January of 2018 we had to visit their Service Department because of two emergencies:
1) a window that literally fell out off our travel trailer, which was only 6 months old.
2) toilet foot peddle valve that leaked water all over our bathroom floor.
The Service Advisor was not attentive to our dialogue when I was explaining the problems. He never even asked me to sign the work order. He insisted that the trailer had to be at the dealership at 8:30 in order for him to get in into the queue for the day.
Thus, we had to pay one night at the LZD RV Campground next door, because the location where we had already reserved was 35 miles away, and fighting traffic across the bridge would be brutal if we didn't leave before 5:30am.
The next day we arrived, and the glass folks who had taken photos of the window the day before had not communicated with me or the Service Advisor. I was told that the replacement window could take up to six weeks to be ordered and to arrive. I was not going to hang around 6 weeks waiting for a window for a brand new trailer.
The advisor wrote up the toilet pedal valve problem and said we could come back around 2:30pm for an update. Upon arrival at 2:30, the service tech had been provided with completely incorrect information about the problem and nothing was fixed.
I worked with the Service Tech for the next two hours to troubleshoot, identify, and replace the necessary part. By 5:00pm we were out of LZD Service Department with no charges.
I had words with the Service Advisor about his inattention to details in taking down the information in the morning and forcing us to stay one night at LZDays RV Campground to be at the Service Department so early, when nothing was done before our arrival back at 2:30pm. He never apologized.
Within a week I received a followup phone call from a firm that looked after feedback for LZDays. I gave them an earful and suggested they consider refunding the 1 night stay at the campground for such poor service.
I have never heard from them again.
I CANNOT recommend this dealership. The arrogance and incompetence of the Service Advisor was unprecedented.
[Note: I already spoke with a Customer Service person about getting a refund on the Campground stay and she took down all the information about my complaint. I have been waiting for someone to reach out (the Service Advisor already has my email address).
So anyone reading this please note that the attempt below by LZDays to "reach out" is their standard social media response to look like they are interested.]
