A bunch of scammers and unpresentable. They just charged me for a package that came home last month and that I returned because they didn't want to unsubscribe me from the collection to which I was paid; I told them not to send me anything and they replied that "that was not my thing to decide because it was already managed." They sent me the package home trying to close it to see if I took it (they always send it to the post office, not home). A moment ago they charged me despite the fact that my package was not in power because I asked the delivery man to return it from where it came from, which I already told the publishing house that I would do if they were really determined to send it to me. I expected more seriousness from this crowd, what a disappointment.
