A couple of weeks ago my husband and I took our Bailey Unicorn caravan to Yorkshire but we had to first make a quick stop at Perthshire Caravans as one of our rear lights wasn't working. We thought it was just a bulb that had gone and could easily be replaced. While my husband went in to the shop to get one I attempted to take off the cover but to no avail. Bill then tried when he came back but again no luck.

We then popped over to your garage to ask for some help and Doug came to our assistance. He very patiently explained how to remove the cover(which even he had difficulty with, but perseverance and determination prevailed) and attempted to change the bulb (but Bill had bought the wrong bulb), it should have been an offset bulb! He determined that it wasnt a problem with the bulb, which was fine, but that we had left our 13pin to 7pin adaptor in our towball and were stupidly trying to fit an other adaptor to it and this was the reason the electrics weren't functioning properly!! Dave throughout all this was calm, polite and very patient with us and resolved the issue.

We would like to take this opportunity to say Thank You again to him and to recommend him for The Employee of The Month award(If you have one). If not we would ask that you acknowledge in some way his great customer service skills. We certainly think he is a valuable member of staff at Perthshire Caravans. It doesn't hurt to let them know how much they are valued.
