Reserved an 8 passenger SUV, and when we got there...

Reserved an 8 passenger SUV, and when we got there, we saw a Suburban being rented out. We asked the rental agent if that was our vehicle, and she said, "No, we have another Suburban for you". LIES! They had a 7 passenger Nissan Pathfinder.... NOT a Suburban. So disappointed. Will not rent from them again.
