We requested a crib for our one year old to sleep in and had to wait several hours for it to arrive. The bathroom smelled of sweat and dirty clothes. I suspect the shower curtains needed to be cleaned. That said the staff was polite and accountable for any issues. The food was fantastic in both the restaurant and room service.
