Well located in the heart of Mile End with very nice view over Outremont and Mont-Royal. The stuff at the reception was very kind and welcoming. Bathroom and lockers were neatly clean (I liked the fact that they do provide shower gel). Negative point, is that the gym is rather small with limited space to move around. Except for the treadmill other options are rather limited (workout stations)- and usually busy-. I'd suggest this gym if it's near your home or you only go there for treadmill
