GMI sold me a new biosafety cabinet for my laborat...

GMI sold me a new biosafety cabinet for my laboratory I was setting up. It is exactly what I needed, and the GMI representative spent a great deal of time with me on the phone describing the product and comparing it to other products. The reps knowledge level seemed much higher than many of the other company reps as well. The product is working great. One thing that could make the process better was the installation instructions for the biosafety cabinet were pretty poor... but that probably has more to do with the manufacturer of the biosafety cabinet and less about GMI. I will definitely ask GMI in the future for quotes on instruments or equipment I will need for my lab.
