Rude and incompetent are the only words for RMG. Unable to resolve an emergency situation where the apartment's water tank burst water everywhere and residents had to deal the situation and the stupidity of RMG. Usually takes around 2 months to resolve anything. Carpets were drenched in water for weeks and residents had to clean up and stop the leak after RMG refused to resolve the issue in a suitable time.

In my experience the call centre is also useless. Staff are unable to answer simple queries and after complaining a number of times and I was never given the appropriate details when requested to take this further.

It has been issue after issue with RMG and a nunber of resident's feel the same about the way RMG deal with situations and their competence to manage properties and keep their residents safe.
