I had a horrible experience at this dealership. The customer service was lacking to say the least. I purchased a remote start and had them install it. I
They said it would take 3 hours. I showed back up 3 hours later and it wasn't even started. They stated they ordered the wrong part and gave me a car to use (the only positive part). I was called about 2-3 hours later and came to pick up my car. I paid and they gave me my keys and said there was a card in the car to explain the remote start. There was no card so I had to back in and wait for them to bring it to me. After 4 days of messing with it I found out that 1 of two keys was a 1 way key and the other was a 2 way key. Thanks for explaining the system you sold me! I am flabbergasted that they did not explain the 2 keys and how they look the same but are different. Thanks YouTube for helping me out when this dealership dropped the ball. Total spent was about $530.
