The phone itself is even ok, good quality etc. Unfortunately, technical support, availability of spare parts, service points is a total failure. The service in Katowice has not been receiving calls for 2 weeks. A spare part on the Huawei Poland website for PLN 191 (which cannot be ordered on their website) at an authorized service in Warsaw costs PLN 299 !!

All typically for the present day - push the sell and then let the customer tire himself.

I recommend Huawei phones, service and services to be avoided.
