The best BMW dealer, and service provider in town. I have a BMW X5. The car has been maintained at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston since I purchase the car. Every time I have a problem with my X5, I go to Herb Chamber BMW of Boston. They provide me with excelent customer service; not to mention the loaner car they provide me untill the service on my car is done. The customer service provided by the Service Director (Matt Krappe) is eceptional!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Matt Krappe for his extra-ordinary service advise and customer service!

If I ever switch a car, my next car will be another BMW!!
