The ordered Lens was in stock per their Rep and confirmed by email. The amount due was paid in full Feb 28/19 in good faith. Per the Rep's Email" the lens will be shipped". Called several times after the payment in full and emailed the Rep who assisted me in the purchase several times requesting a tracking # and courier name. All my calls and emails were ignored. Vistek could not provide the tracking# and carrier. I am now wondering whether they actually had the lens in stock to begin with despite their email that it is in stock. A call back or an email would have been nice at least to say the date that lens would be shipped, the courier used and a note to indicate that a tracking# will be provided when shipped. Beware! Several other review posts indicate the same problem "not answering customers"
