Have purchased 3 cars from Hoover Toyota over the years. Buying process has always been up front and straight forward. Service Dept seems to be lacking at times though. Brought my 2008 Toyota Sequoia to them for a cranking issue..after telling me nothing was wrong with it, and charging me $49.95 to tell me nothing was wrong with it, car continued to have cranking issues. Took to another shop, was diagnosed as needing a fuel pressure sensor..after replacing the sensor I have had no more issues. I honestly don't think they even attempted to re-create my issue...very disappointing..

5/10/2019 went back with my wife s 2016 highlander, they redeemed themselves...showed up with no appointment, they replaced axle under warranty and car was ready is less than 3 hours. Well done.
