I have been a loyal Vernon customer for about 15 or 20 years. After my yearly heat checkup, John B, a Lead Technician,. came over to check my CO levels. He checked the duct and said they were very high and that I needed a new furnace to replace my furnace of 9 or so years. He gave me an estimate of $7825. That estimate is about $2400 more than other estimates. I had another company come over and told me my CO levels inside the ducts were 0. They tested my ducts and the furnace exhast. When I asked why he checked the exhaust he siad that is the way its done, you check inside and outside. Vernon has now lost my trust. I feel as though a loyal customer has been taken advantage of. When I called to speak to the General Manager, they would not connect me. Basically saying that we have no customer service, too bad!
