As the first bar/brewery I ever visited in Tallahassee after I moved here, Proof holds a special place in my heart. It is one of those places to continues to get better and better every time I go there, whether it's a new beer on the menu or the amazing new and improved outdoor biergarten, complete with bean bag toss sets and bocce ball. The bartenders are always kind and welcoming, sweetening the experience of grabbing a good beer here in the evening. Occasionally, Proof offers special events like yoga or art classes.
