The hotel is a nice hotel. I did a late check out. I checked out about 12:30pm. I realized I left my son's jacket (children's jacket size 10, Ralph Lauren-white, denim) in the closet. Returned to the hotel 4:30pm, waited about an hour for the hotel to search. No jacket. The guy at the front desk did an exceptional job helping. However, there is someone that works on the housekeeping staff that is a thief. The hotel called the housekeeper that cleaned my room (she was off duty at this time 4:30pm) and she said, she never seen it. I wouldn't stay in the hotel again, just based on my son's jacket missing. For that, they loose points.
