The room is a rundown mess had to pay another $50 ...

The room is a rundown mess had to pay another $50 per night to upgrade to a "newer" room that was smaller. Furthermore I had to have to pay $25 to leave my bags at the counter as I came on an early flight and before my check in time. Breakfast was not in the hotel but 1 block away. Why??? Good location though but it is not sheltered to Penn station.
