Horrible service (again). We bought our suv from the one in Plano (which was nice). Then we ended up making an appt both times with the Carrollton location, and when I made an appt (to get a loaner), they magically cannot find the appt, leaving me stranded with either the problem, or stuck there with a toddler for hours on end. We will never buy from Sam Pack again.
