Clean, rooms as advertised, and friendly, helpful staff. The location is great and the kids loved the play areas.
However because we stayed over the Queens Birthday long weekend, we were charged $720 instead of the regular $425 for three nights. Our accommodation was organised by other people and as such I was left feeling let down as I had expected much, much more for the price we were paying. In hindsight I should have researched the accommodation before arriving. However, it is still an overly extravagant premium to pay for a public holiday weekend.
Dissapointing, because at the regular rate it would easily have been a four star review.
