QA InfoTech is a great place to work. CEO of the company is a wonderful person. He should do a little bit of micromanagement and should follow a bottom-up approach in his company. Due to the Lack of above approaches, maximum employees are quitting their jobs in a short span of time.
And he should supervise on hard-working and talented employees.

Think before to join Information Security Team-

Pros*
1. Good Facilities
2. Good Food
3. Events

Cons*
1. If you are a hard-working and talented person then this is not the right place for you my friend. if you do nothing and just start whiff your manager then you are at the right place. You will get all those things that you want like "Great hike, recognition" and you will enjoy your honeymoon period forever.

2. Team report to that person who even doesn't have expertise in Security Testing. He never let his team member play front-foot. I appreciate those team members who really talented but never received any recognition.

3. The manager will steal all your credits and will never appreciate your efforts and hard work. Always want his team to be his shadow. You never grow under such an organization where your manager continuously demoralize and dominates his team members.
