Visited Bellevue Audi as our VW Tiguan lease was expiring. We were immediately welcomed and discussing our requirements with Muhsin. What impressed me was how he was very aware of my time; rather than jump into some sales pitch, he asked about our schedule for the day and how he could best help. This was very refreshing.

We test drove a Q3 then discussed pricing; negotiations w/ management were fast and fair. Our time was not wasted and for the moments we were waiting, we helped ourselves to a cappuccinos in the lobby. Overall a super smooth experience and shows the class of this dealership.
