I went to the UPCI Conference on 13.14,15 August. Astounding hospitality of the staff at the bar, a kindness which is not found in any other place where I was. Thanks Paolo, thanks Nicola, thanks Chef of Santeramo, thanks to all the others. This structure has had a great blessing for having found people of such a high profile, they are the pride of this great and prestigious hotel.
