Was a very busy night, but the charge nurse, Russ, came out multiple times to check on the waiting room, and reassure people of the rough timeframe, and the reason we were waiting, etc. Was very impressed by this, as I've never had that occur at any sort of health-related location, even when I have an appointment, let alone an ER, when you don't! :) Thanks, Russ!
