A Pinsa is like a Pizza, but the crust has a different texture and taste. It definitely has a lighter and crispier feel than a pizza. It's supposedly healthier than a regular pizza, which is great, but at $19 a Pinsa, it's pretty expensive. They get their flour straight out of Rome, which probably explains the price tag. I really did enjoy my Pinsa, though, and I would recommend it to those who are truly pizza lovers, because it might just taste like any other pizza to you if you're not a true connoisseur of the doughy arts.
