If you have other options for healthcare I recommend you use them. This hospital's billing practices are AWFUL. They send you a bill for services. Mine were pricey: so I went online and used THEIR online system to set up a payment plan. Which I have been paying every month as an auto debit. However, I continue to get nasty letters in the mail, and now am getting calls about the very bills I have been responsibly handling. At this point it borders on harassment and I'm going to be reaching out to every avenue I have to speak up as this is unacceptable. And the contacts I get on the phone are heartless vultures who could care less and clearly their system doesn't recognize my account as good standing when I've done ALL the things to make sure it gets taken care of.

The health care staff have always been nice, but consider yourself warned about how they handle the monetary aspect of their care.
