I currently live in the Spring Valley Apartments located in Lexington Park. The property manager here is a total flake, and not very considerate whatsoever. When I first moved here, July of last year there were 2 maintenance men, the one that knew what he was doing left around 6 months ago, and no one has been hired to take his place. So that means were are stuck with the one who doesn't have a clue. I can't wait to give my 30 days notice.
