Holloway and Associates have been managing my rental property for several years and I've found Karnice to be very professional and helpful. As an out of state owner, she has relieved me of the headache of collecting rent, taking care of repairs and handling any other situations that require attention. In addition, I receive my rent in a timely manner and she always returns my calls. She was recommended to me and was a godsend at the time - still is.
