We were at Massanutten resort in Virginia last night and they refused to help us with teenagers and kids next door screaming and beating and cussing after midnight. We are over it and leaving. We are not even spending tonight which is free. Do not go to this resort. They do not care about their customers or potential clients. The lady next to us said the same thing happened to her last night in a different part. The couple standing in line said that they were leaving too. So it wasn't just us.
