We love the technician we have but man it s been such a hassle to get things done. We had a bad experience from the start- no communication but we figured it out and we were set up with Josh. He was wonderful, communication was great and he set us up for a bi weekly check in and helped with any questions we had. Then service suddenly stopped, unexpectedly- I called and was told someone would be out. It was not our normal guy and it just wasn t the same, he just rushed and didn t say much at all. That was in December- we called and needed a service and spray done again- no one came until about a week or two ago!!!! When I called to set my appointment I asked for a day within our 3 month window so I wouldn t be charged since no one has kept their word anyways and she said nope fully booked until the next Monday in April how convenient that Monday would be 2 days past the 3 month window and we re being charged! It s just frustrating when we had a system going and then it just stopped and no explanation for it. I don t mind paying at all but if I m not getting my money s worth and the treatments aren t helping or being done when requested what s the point?
