Fun place for our whole family. We were surprised to find out it was a National Park, have your park pass for a discount, which is great for it's preservation and history of St Louis. There is a full museum in the bottom of the Arch with history of many different times. It goes from Louis and Clark, settling of St. Louis, Native American tribes, the building of the Arch and more. The ride up and back is a special trip. My 5 year was scared at first but loved it by the end.
