Stopped in at the village in the Paris hotel for the dinner buffet first night in Vegas. Very good selection of dishes from around Paris, as well as freshly carved prime rib, carved roast beef, carved turkey, and fresh crab legs among other things. A little pricey frow what we are use to paying for a buffet, but per Vegas prices not bad. Definitely go hungry to get the value out of it! Not overly loud at all, even at 630 with a full crowd.
