Incredible customer from start to finish. Each and every employee in this building deserves a raise. I was treated like family from the get go and in turn I purchased my vehicle right then and there. With each step of the process while finalizing the transaction I was greeted with the upmost respect and genuine smiles. Hendrick has a vision and he is executing it to its entirety. Upon purchase of my pre owned 2008 Ridgeline I was able to reach out to certain individuals within the building (Steve, Ned, & my main man Ronnie!!) with any questions or concerns. A few minor repairs were not questioned in the least bit and taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend any purchase, service, etc from this location.
