Grand Hyatt Hotel is one of the most prestigious hotels in the San Antonio area which I have stayed in. I will have to say in disappointment that this score is pretty much on the medium.

1. The parking rate is too high. It should be at least 20 dollars per day, because they are simply charging you for using a vehicle in their garage. It should not be 33.99 per day. It's also quite sneaky of the hotel to put this with the last remaining bill of it all. Another little detail is if the lot is full, you are forced to take part in Valet. Which is an up-charge of 43.99!!! Say there is an event and it is too full as you simply need to go and shop for some items in your room. You come back and the lot is simply FULL. This is outrageous! Luckily, our hotel clerk removed the valet on that day so it's not much of an issue but it worries me about simply leaving or taking my car with me to go see a relative if I am in the vicinity.

2. The housekeeping service should keep their mouths shut and focus on their jobs instead of gossiping horrendously about guests. I heard of a housekeeper who constantly gossiped to the outside world about a service dog whose owner needed to constantly to use the restroom. She simply was gossiping about this and being forced to do her job. While I sympathize with this woman tremendously about cleaning the leavings of a guest's pet or service pet. It is in her job description of doing these acts and she is being paid for it. Not to simply gossip about this act as if she's being forced to do the worst thing in the world.

3. The television set that we had continuously kept flickering off of our HDMI and focused on the guide without us doing anything. Numerous of times when me and my partner were relaxing we continued to experience a mountain load of errors with our television set.

4. The fridge we had was laughable at the most! A Motel 6's fridge is enough to simply take care of your leftovers you had for dinner. I expect more from a company that is literally charging me a sum total of 1,009.00!

In short, this trip could had been worst but luckily if it wasn't for the staff of the hotel. This trip could had gone a lot worst. We had our help and we enjoyed ourselves to our event. But I am now a bit prepared tremendously about anything that will now pop up during the billing.
