I have to give BH a 4 for effort. I use this store as a quick stop for health foods. Besides being a bit too expensive, the staff (manager) tends to be rude, the cafe is often clueless and prepares meals and smoothies incorrectly, the store doesn't do quality checks. Oh! The last minute change in store hours with no explanation. Horrible.
Other than that the cashiers are nice! And it's quick.
Not bad but seriously could be better! I'd still go there in a pinch.
