Had a very good experience shopping here, the sales guy who helped me was Reuben! A very helpful and friendly guy, as I was looking for a bike rack for my BMW car, he went to see my car and then tell me what is good and won't scratch the back or damage the spoiler and recommended Saris Bone EX 2.

He show me after installation was how and how to dismantle it. Very professional and advice me accordingly. No regret buying my car rack from him.

I am also thinking of buying a Road Bike from him too in the coming future.
