The company will not tell you that the correctional facility's medical unit where you will be assigned is understaffed and expects you to work odd and too much extra hours!
The culture is full of violations such as J-A-01: Access to Healthcare! Understaffed and underpaid both correctional officers and medical staff!
They are jeopardizing inmates' health and medical staff's health!
ANOTHER VIOLATION!
Needs to be reported!
This type of culture MUST stop if the government wants to have a quality and viable Correctional Health Care System!
