I rarely write reviews, but I have been a client of BackBay Vet Clinic for close to 10 years and honestly, this glowing review is long overdue!! I cannot speak highly enough of the deeply professional, caring, and respectful staff - this includes ALL personnel, from the doctors themselves to the administrative staff who greet us the moment we walk in. My dog doesn't know how good she has it!! I have never seen such personalized attention and diagnostic expertise provided to my dog on such a consistent basis. It will be my pleasure to have all my pets continue on as clients of Back Bay Veterinary Clinic for many years to come!!
