I was having trouble with my NEW Lenovo monitor and was getting nowhere with Lenovo s unbelievably bad customer and technical service so I called Computer Shoppe. The phone was answered (1) immediately (2) by a knowledgeable (3) human being (4) who was willing and able to help me. And even though we never got my NEW Lenovo monitor to work, Jake of the Computer Shoppe focused entirely on finding a solution to my problem (and not on the warranty, serial number, my name, address, etc.). From this I have concluded the following: if I m having trouble getting technical service from a computer company - I m going to call Jake at Computer Shoppe and happily pay for his REAL help!!
