Although I had to bring in my new 2019 GLC300 for a safety recall, the experience was pleasant and effortless. My service advisor, Michael Parayo was polite and helpful. He even fixed an issue I had with my car's Bluetooth. Not only was my safety recall corrected, my vehicle was inspected, fluids topped off, tire pressure checked and reset. Then it was washed and vacuumed. Now that is what I call service!
