Moritz Chevrolet (long story short) charged me for a diagnostic I told them I did not want. I was VERY clear when I told them the horn needed to be replaced to pass inspection, that's it. Instead they decided to do it anyway and charge me. Overall charging me 300 dollars for a 25 dollar part, diagnostic, and the rest was LABOR to ZIP TIE my horn to the car. And it wiggles. LOL They tried to rip me off, and when they got caught.. they wanted to make it "right". Well they should have done it right the first time.
They did give me part of my money but still charged me for the horn part. So I'm gonna make it equal. I'm still going to report them to the BBB, and still post on social media the video I took . I will NEVER use their services again, and I advise anyone else not to either.
