Yep, I would like to drop my review and I never write reviews.
I had never heard of this company or their "attorneys" when I received a letter for possible legal action a few weeks ago. I found out that this was for a neck brace I got in the Hospital for a car accident from just under 2 years ago! The best part is they put a neck brace on me at the hospital but I told them I did not want it because it was hurting my collar bone area which was injured in the accident. I did not take the brace and It was on me for less than 5 minutes how does that cost $63.39?
I'm sure these guys have a process, however, it is worthless. Companies like this are a scam because they are in it to scrape up every last dime and have no regard for customer service.
You derelicts have terrible communication ability.
How is a brace that was put on me, and then after removed at my request a $63.39 dollar debt that I would owe? What favors did you do me? None. What services did I request from you? None. There's a reason why I refused transportation by the ambulance in the first place. I didn't need it and didn't want to have to pay for it! I went and notified every medical office and other related to my accident that I had an attorney and to contact them for further communication/bills. If I had known about you guys I would have notified you as well!
